About Me…

My name is Sindy I am 30 years old and I created Seen By Sindy!

During the confinement the start of COVID-19, I started to focus more on my health and fitness to change my lifestyle and feel better about myself - and with the confinement I had time! So I thought why not share what I am doing with other people because they are probably in the same position.

And…

I then realised that the yummy recipes I have discovered living in France, other people could cook and discover too!

Now I am creating cool content such as; meal plans, easy to follow recipes and mini cook books… to help everyone try something different and take it step by step in their own journey - whatever journey that may be!

My Background…

I was born in San Francisco, California but grew up in London, UK. I currently live in Paris, France with my French fiancé. Seen By Sindy is my personal food blog but my main job is an English teacher in a Montessori school for the little ones aged 2-3 years old.
