
🥣 Preparation Time: 10mins
⏰ Cooking Time: 15-20mins

100g or so of Plain Couscous
10 Beef Meatballs (or Chicken)
1/2 of a Red, Yellow & Green Bell Pepper
1/2 of a White Onion
2-3 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
Pepper & Paprika for seasoning
2-3 Tablespoons of canned Kidney Beans
Grated Cheese (to sprinkle - optional)
1) Boil your couscous for around 5-7 minutes (or until you see all the water has been soaked up by the couscous)
2) Take a frying pan and fry your meatballs with the finely chopped onions and bell peppers
3) After 5 minutes add in your tomato sauce to the frying pan and continue to cook everything (especially until the meatballs are cooked)
4) Sprinkle some pepper and paprika seasoning - to desire
5) Once all cooked, add in your kidney beans and stir now and again for about 3 minutes
6) Place your cooked couscous in a bowl and top it off with your meatball mix
7) Sprinkle over the grated cheese if you’d like!
