3-4 Large Tomatoes
1 Tin of Tuna
3-4 Eggs
1 Small White Onion
1-2 Tablespoons of Oil
1-2 Tablespoons of Red Vinegar
1 Small/Medium Tin of Sweetcorn
Fresh Parsley (to sprinkle)

1) Slice your tomatoes and spread them around on a large plate/dish
2) Spread your tin tuna over the tomatoes
3) Grab eggs and hard boil them for around 6-8 minutes
4) Once boiled, cut your eggs in half and place them around your dish
5) Slice your white onion into small/medium pieces and spread them around your dish too
6) Take a tablespoon and pour over your oil and vinegar evenly around your dish
7) Sprinkle over your parsley and serve or place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to make the dish more fresh
