2 Cucumbers
1-2 Tablespoons of Red Vinegar
Salt (to sprinkle)
1-2 Tablespoons of Fresh Cream
Fresh Mint Leaves
1) Rinse, peal and slice your cucumbers then place them into a sieve over the sink
2) Sprinkle some salt and leave the cucumbers sit for around 15-20 minutes
3) Grab a bowl and put your sliced cucumbers, cut mint leaves, fresh cream, your red vinegar and mix
4) Serve straight away, or to have your salad more fresh (for the summer for example) leave your bowl in the fridge for around an hour
