2 Slices of Bruschetta Bread
2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil
1-2 Tomatoes
2-3 Table Spoons of Green Pesto Sauce
A Few Leaves of Fresh Spinach
1 Ball of Mozzarella
Grated Cheese (to sprinkle)
1-2 Slices of Ham (…regular ham or any toppings you’d like)
Fresh Parsley (to sprinkle)
1) Brush the olive oil over the bruschetta bread and then place it in the oven at 160dgc or grill mode for 5 minutes
2) Spread your green pesto sauce all over your bruschetta bread
3) Grab your spinach leaves and spread them around evenly
4) Chop your tomatoes into small pieces, taking away the pulp, and place them on your bread
5) Cut your mozzarella into small or medium pieces and place them evenly on your bruschetta bread so it can melt and cover your bread
6) Add your ham thats been cut into bits
7) Sprinkle over the grated cheese and parsley then cook for 15-20 minutes (adjust accordingly)
8) The most important step… Enjoy!
