50g of Preferred Oats
175ml of Milk
Ham or Bacon
40g of Frozen Spinach
3 Cherry Tomatoes
1-2 Teaspoons of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
5-10g of Feta Cheese

1) In a microwaveable bowl, add your oats and milk and then microwave for around 2-3 minutes
2) Grab a frying pan and fry your bacon and egg as desired
3) Cook your spinach and then chop your cherry tomatoes
4) Once your oatmeal is cooked, stir in your parmesan cheese and microwave again for maybe 30 seconds
5) Go ahead and top your oatmeal with all your cooked ingredients then sprinkle your feta cheese on top
