What You Will Need…

400ml of Water

1 Kiwi

100g of Frozen Strawberries (or fresh)

25ml of Lemon Juice

2 Teaspoons of Chia Seeds

1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon

What You Will Need to Do…

1) Grab your blender and in the jug add your water, your kiwi and frozen strawberries and blend

2) Then add in your lemon juice, cinnamon and chia seeds and blend again

3) Transfer your smoothie to a glass

4) The most important step… Enjoy!
