1 Banana
2 Table Spoons of Chia Seeds
100g of Frozen Mixed Berries (or fresh)
250ml of Almond Milk
1) Grab your blender and in the jug add in your banana, almond milk and mixed berries and then mix
2) Then add in your chia seeds and if the smoothie is a little thick, either add some ice cubes or 100ml of water, and mix again
3) Transfer your smoothie into a glass
4) The most important step… Enjoy!
