1 Can of Tuna
80-100g of Quinoa
6-10 Slices of Cucumber
1-2 Tablespoons of Fresh (or tim) Peas
A Few Leaves of Fresh Spinach
1-2 Tablespoons of Sweetcorn
1 Cooked Beetroot
Pepper (to sprinkle)
1) Wash well your quinoa and then boil for around 10 minutes
2) Take a big bowl and mix together your tuna, cucumber, spinach, peas, sweetcorn, and beetroot
3) Sprinkle some pepper
4) Drain your quinoa and leave it for 5 minutes
5) Once cool, add your quinoa to your mixing bowl and of course… mix
6) Serve like this if desired or place your mixing bowl in thw fridge for 15-20 minutes if desired to eat cold
